All Crystal Media can be recycled.

Every filter media supplied by Crystal Filtration can be recycled.  We are currently recycling 100% of all filter media at one engine plant and our efforts enabled that plant to become land fill free.  We can recycle all polymers, and mixtures of fibers, including cellulose based filter media.  We can recycle bundles, bales, rolls or shredded dirty filter paper.

	The used dirty filter media is pulverized and mixed with other unwanted plastics then formed into plastic logs.
	The logs are cut into blocks and used in the manufacture of block pallets. The blocks are stronger and last longer than the wood blocks they replace.
